Festive white chocolate, fudge and dried cranberry tiffin, with crushed gingerbread cookies, cherries and marshmallows.

Step 1: Use greaseproof paper to mark a 20 x 20 cm mold.
Step 2: Put 450 grams of white chocolate chunks and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, and carefully melt in the microwave (pop and stir for 10-15 seconds each time).

Step 3: Let the mixture cool slightly, then add blueberries, cherries, fudge, gingerbread cookies and marshmallows, and stir until fully combined.
Step 4: Scoop into the prepared cans and sprinkle a handful of dried cranberries on top. Put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, then sift in some powdered sugar and cut into cubes.
